In to <a href="http://mukakdqz.com">Les2eil17;s</a> other “Walk at Home” DVD’s, I thought the “3 Mile Weight Loss” was just average, and probably my least favorite. It wasn’t very challenging, but I am a more advanced walker. However, those just starting an exercise regimen might find this DVD to be a good fit for them. It has easy steps to follow, and good cues. It also has some free weight exercises for your upper body, as you are walking.
